My goal for this month is to lose 7 lbs. starting weight was 221; last week-10/2: stayed the same. Today I weighed ...3 lbs weight loss-218.
Lost another two lbs over the month, then last week I blew it.....gained back two lbs, but I am not going to obsess over it but strive to do better next month..so my ending weight for October is 218 lbs

The difference between success and failure is the effort we put into getting there.
My challenge is to lose at least one pound each of those months which would put me at 121.4 or below!
The only thing I can challenge this month is that I maintain my current weight. My neck is in really bad shape & very painful since last week. Today I feel my age. The painb only goes away with stronger pain pills which I don't like to take. I already take strong doses of Tramadol & also Gabapenten & they don't touch it. It really wears on me more than my back pain. I always try to be happy but sometimes I feel crabby but I don't want others to know. Ann I am sorry but I have been meaning togbet back to you & I promise I will.
Its October already - and very soon the Festivities will be upon us - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year!!
Lets get into this weight or inches loss before all the inevitable temptations - then we can feel great during the Festive Season, having lost weight!!
