Yes, I can add more exercise each day by just counting the extra things I do besides my aerobics. Friday I worked cleaning up our yard from the big winds we have had lately. & Yesterday! The winds blew some shingles off our roof. We found 1 & as my DH is84 & has weak legs from bad knees. He was going to go up the ladder & fix it so while he was busy I got the ladder out & up & got the patching goop, trowel & some rags & I went up & started patching. I am only soon to be 80 so I felt it was better me than he! LOL I got the patching done & decided the seals around the vents, A/C & Skylight were cracking. At that point my husband came up but he didn't argue with me. So I went on & he said I just couldn't stand it with me down there & you up here. It was rather sad to see him realizing that he just can't do some of these things anymore. He said he was going to have to get back down so I suggested that he move the ladder over to a different point that would be easier for me to descend. So he did that & then stood up the ladder just far enough that he could see me finish the job. It was about an hour of standing on a steep slope & bending over to patch. I thought my legs were in good shape from the aquaroebics but I discovered this morning that I had muscles that I didn't know about. LOL! emoticon

Ann, I'll join you as soon as I can. Right now I am dealing with eczema on my residual limbs and can't wear my legs. Also can't get flash player to work so can't see videos.

Will try to add 15 minutes a day to exercise - especially while pool is still open

Increase your exercise minutes – set the extra exercise time you will add EACH DAY to your exercise time. Remember that exercise is ANY TYPE of movement – it could be Marching in place, swimming, hanging washing, walking in the shopping mall, or adding an exercise from Anne’s video blogs etc It does not have to be formal exercise.
At the start of the challenge set the extra time you will add EACH DAY, then update your message to let me know how much exercise you actually did.
To update your message – click “edit” and add your exercise totals.
