You get out all your anger with every kick into the air! and the plus side is you burn some calories too! By the time your done you will be drenched in sweat your heart will be pumping but your mind will be revitalized! you will be ready to take whatever else life throws your way! This weekend enjoy life and if it gets too stressful try some kickboxing to get you back in the can do attitude!
