Last weekend:

Friday - water aerobics - 60 minutes
Saturday - 0
Sunday - cardio cruiser - 30 minutes.

Also, on Sunday I joined a SP challenge. I believe it will help me be consistent with some activity on a daily basis.

This weekend I plan to do:
At least 175 pushups & 35 minutes of circuit training Friday emoticon
Strength training, 65 minutes of circuit training, and 30 minutes treadmill Saturday
emoticon Almost killed me, but I pushed through and got it done!
Yoga for 20 minutes on Sunday - After Saturday's killer workout, I only did a pushups fitness test (52!) and Coach Nicole's pilates abs for 12 minutes instead!

Total 150 fitness minutes this weekend! 147 minutes total done - CLOSE ENOUGH!

15 minutes ST = upper body weight routine
56 minutes circuit training = 30-Day Shred Levels 1 & 2
34 minutes treadmill/C25K HIIT
105 minutes total! emoticon

Friday: 177 pushups - 47 max last set, 0 girlies! WooHoo!
Cardio: Jillian's Ripped in 30 Level 3 = 35 minutes

I've challenged myself to:
30 minutes cardio Friday
45 minutues cardio Saturday
30 minutues Core strength training Saturday
45 minutes cardio Sunday
150 minutes total this weekend! Maybe more, we'll see :)

I did 40 min cardio Friday
All of my challenge on Saturday and Sunday!!! I love the weekends for all the exercise I can get it in but I hate the weekends for all the fat/calories I consume
