Planned fitness for this weekend will be Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on Saturday and on Sunday. Anything else is an added bonus!

I am resolute in creating a plan each week to include meals and workouts. I'm resolute in taking charge of ME, doing what I need to do to get fit and healthy.
I'm a renagade - against weak excuses, allowing set backs to become the "norm". Not happening. I'm also one who has problems with self-sabotage. No more. When I see change and success, I'll celebrate it and strive to move even closer to my goal.

This weekend I plan to do: At least 175 pushups & 35 minutes of circuit training Friday Strength training, 65 minutes of circuit training, and 30 minutes treadmill Saturday Almost killed me, but I pushed through and got it done! Yoga for 20 minutes on Sunday - After Saturday's killer workout, I only did a pushups fitness test (52!) and Coach Nicole's pilates abs for 12 minutes instead!
Total 150 fitness minutes this weekend! 147 minutes total done - CLOSE ENOUGH!
