This weekend I plan to do: At least 175 pushups & 35 minutes of circuit training Friday Strength training, 65 minutes of circuit training, and 30 minutes treadmill Saturday Almost killed me, but I pushed through and got it done! Yoga for 20 minutes on Sunday - After Saturday's killer workout, I only did a pushups fitness test (52!) and Coach Nicole's pilates abs for 12 minutes instead!
Total 150 fitness minutes this weekend! 147 minutes total done - CLOSE ENOUGH!
