Everyday you log on you get points when you spin your wheel.
We are going to use those points to create a fun game that makes us use our minds, work on ourselves, achieve goals and just feel good.

So, this is how it works.

When you spin the wheel emoticon you will fall into one of the categories:

1 & 2 - emoticon Choose an exercise from the site or a Exercise you do at home. Only thing is it can not always be the same one...report on how you did, did you like it, would you do it again, do you suggest it to others.

3 & 4- emoticon TODAY IS ALL ABOUT YOU! Today, you are to choose one thing to do for yourself. Treat yourself for your hard work. emoticon Find a quiet place and be with yourself, emoticon enjoy a sunset, go for a walk, meditate, emoticon read a book, emoticon reflect...How do you feel? Report back on what your treat was, make it special.

5 - emoticon Go all day with out saying or even writing the word DIET. You can say I am on the D or you can write the letter D but nothing else if you do you put $1.00 in a jar and report how you did

6 & 7 - emoticon Write a entry on how you feel about sparks - How it has helped you - something you would like to see them do different etc.

8 & 9 - emoticon From somewhere on the internet. It can be sparkpeople or elsewhere in the news. Find an article pertaining to health, goals, wellness, exercise, nutrition...of course attach the link to the article. But tell us, was it good, what was it about. Give is a synopsis of the article and tell us what you learnt and how you think we can all apply it to our lives.

10 & over - emoticon Go to a Sparks friends Page and say something nice to them today- Give them a or a Goodie Make them feel Special.
