I got a routine for using the treadmill and getting results I posted it on my walll to do it everyother day when I used the treadmill, so far I have seen results in my figure, I went from a size 18 to 16 and still going so yes the routines work I also started doing weights.

Has anyone used and stuck to routines seen in Oxygen? Results?
