I am curious to try the vigorous muscle rubbing mention in the Leg Training article. I often get really sore in my lower legs. I appreciate the tip. Also I will try out the tip on making your own ice packs on page 52--the one part alcohol is something I wouldn't have thought of--. emoticon emoticon
