DIY Combo Moves (pg 37)
Lower and Upper body, these are things I can do on lunch at work. I love quick and easy moves. I think I will make this my inspiration page to hang over my computer to remind that I need to keep it moving.
Look Great in a tank top (pg 109) this one is my ultimate goal. It is starting to warm up in here in Sunny CA and I can't wait to wear my sleeveless tops.

They all look, well, exhausting! In a good way. Which ones have you tried? I'm thinking the combo one is the most interesting concept.
