I just did that flat belly boot camp routine--that was tough but a good one! i think i may need to order the fat loss mag online as well, i didn't realize it came out. i bought the abs edition at Barnes and Noble over the weekend--where i spent way too much on bargain books!

I found mine at Barnes and Noble yesterday! They had both issues Abs and Fat loss. I read the Abs one before bed last night. So far it is a good issue.

Has anyone read the article "Drop 24 pounds in eight weeks"? It targets stubborn belly fat. The diet gives 1550 to 1600 calories per day and the macronutrient rations are 39% protein, 15% carbs, and 46% Fat. My first thought was that the carbs were too low and the fat, wow, way high! I guess it's been hammered into my brain that low fat is the way to go to lose fat. It goes onto explaining why this works and I'm thinking of giving it a try. I'm going to read up on the information regarding this type of macronutrient ratio but was wondering......what are your thoughts on this? Has anyone tried this type of ratio with success?
