Thank you all for answering my question. Because all through the whole mag is advertisement for fat burners. So I was wondering was it something to them. So just a money maker huh?!?

As far as fat burners go, I think it's a "too good to be true" thing like many of you also said and a way for companies to make money with little to no result.

As for the March issue, I liked the legs and glute workout that doesn't use any weight - it has combo squat/kick type moves with the model on the beach. My only concern was that it seemed like there is the potential to have bad form; it's something to watch out for anyway. I'm keenly aware of form issues since I hurt my back last week. But that leg/glute piece was interesting and something new, and I'm always looking for variety, so I liked that.

I wasn't too interested in the arm workout only because my biceps grow pretty easily. I have narrow shoulders so my interest is more in building up my shoulders to balance my lower half. Any arm work seems to work my biceps just fine. You don't want sloping shoulders and big biceps! But it looked like a good feature if that's a body part you want to work on.

I agree, UGOOGLY, I don't trust fat burners or diet pills. They don't work. I'd rather make an honest attempt to eat clean (not always successful) and stay active!

I've never used them, but from my understanding they likely wont work. The old saying 'If it sounds too good to be true, than it likely is" comes to my mind when I see them. Also, when you read interviews from the Oxygen covergirls, none of them say they use 'fat burners' as a helper, they all say hard work and dedication and the only thing I"ve seen them all agree on is eating spicy foods help with weight loss from the capsacin (I think thats how its spelled).

I personally dont trust those things, but thats just me.

Nope - tried them years ago and didn't really see them working at all. Plus, now I am wiser and I really believe in the eat clean aspect.

I'm actually angry with Oxygen because for some reason, magazine racks get Oxygen before I do. I dont even have March yet! Should I call to complain? This is the first magazine I"ve subscribed to that I dont get it 2 weeks before the new month!!!!!! ARGH!

I tried the workout for the Build Your Better Body portion and loved it. Yes, it sticks to basics, but it's soo much better than having to look at instructions of how to do some long complicated exercise rep that some other magazines demo..good issue in my opinion emoticon
