I just got mine!! Sad that it is so late, but I just started the subscription so am super happy to be getting it in the mailbox instead of having to go to the store.

I am utilizing the "great legs" exercises as given by Robert Kennedy and they are really helping...I've got 85 more pound to lose... love the mag!

I will move forward one step at a time until I cross the goal line.

This issue is fantastic as there was no doubt,, I just try and read slowly and savor every word,, it is so Hard to do ! so far I really enjoyed " Life Lessons ' By Jamie Eason,,, what a great motivavting aricle,, But the whole magazine is awesome ! great winter recipes,,,!! Love it
