This is the first time I have joined a weekly fitbit challenge.

My daily step goal is 7500 and VAM is 30 minutes.

This is the first time I have joined a weekly fitbit challenge. Although I have had a fitbit for almost 3 years now and been on SP since 2007, it's only recently that I found my two favorite weight loss tools had been linked! Awesome!

My daily step goal is 11,000 and VAM is 30 minutes.

7/14: Steps=13,033; VAM=45 mins
7/15: Steps=10,805; VAM=24 mins
7/16: Steps=12,047; VAM=44 mins

I am just starting out, but this week will be a little weird. My goal is 10,000 steps daily Sunday - Wednesday. Thursday we leave for my son's big scout camp weekend. We will be out of cell service, but we average 30,000+ steps per day. emoticon

I am hoping the flex will hold the data until I can get my laptop back in range to sync. Looking forward to getting on board with what this little gadget can help me do emoticon

Still recovering from jaw surgery, but hoping I feel well enough to get back out and walk at least a few evenings this week. I am just going to take it slow and aim for 5,000 steps a day this week

I am going to keep my daily goal to 24,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 175,000. I will now track my total Active Time. My goal is to keep it above 7 hours daily. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Our thread continues to grow each week. I would continue to ask that members who join our thread use the EDIT feature on their initial entry. Doing so will keep this thread manageable and also make it easier to track each member's daily progress. An easy way to find your initial entry is to hold down the CTRL key and your F key. This will bring up your FIND box. Enter your SparkName and hit enter. This will take you to your first entry. Click on the EDIT MY POST button and add your steps for that day.
