My goals last week was 80,000 steps, I managed to surpass that with over 97,000 steps.... YEAH!! Lots and lots of meetings this week... so I'm going to set my goals at 90,000......

I am excited to actually be on track, last week my goal was 60,000 steps and I was well over 70,000. and there were days that I had 15+ floors climed. I also finally got a Wii fit.The older game is actually only .99 at Game stop. It is so much fun and has kept me motivated.

My Goal this week is 80,000 steps and 15 floors each day.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 24,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 175,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. As of the posting of this post, we are now at 10,116 members strong! Wow, that is 241 more than last week! As expected, our team shattered the 10,000 member barrier this week! For posterity sake our 10,000th member was KAYPAT79!
Welcome to all of our new team members and thank you for joining our weekly steps goal!!!

This week I will continue to focus on losing weight and building muscle. I have set my FitBit Food Plan for a half pound loss per week and have successfully been losing at least that for the past nine weeks! I love using this plan as I can adjust my calories up or down depending on how active I have been to that point.

04/13: 22,980 (VAM: 85-Active Score: 1468-Floors: 20)

One more week in the books! This past week I totaled 182,925 steps for an average daily count of 26,985. My total VAMs this past week were 340 or an average of over 48 per day. My average Active Score this past week was 1195 and I climbed a total of 81 floors this past week. Another good week and I am ready to move on to next week, won't you please join me?
