It is under my exercise. Weekly total minutes: 263 goal 100
calories burned 1267 goal 720. That is just steps I still have house cleaning and treadmill to log on my 2 days off work

I am fairly new at this and it is complicated. With fitbit step alone it is telling me to adjust settings, which will adjust how much I can eat. How and where do I do this. Does my steps and fitness minutes automatically sync to weekly and monthly goals?
