I was going to increase my goal to 15,000 if I got an average of 10,000 daily last week. I was sick all week and didn't exercise or write down my daily steps. I don't know if I made that goal, but I will increase to 15,000 average anyway.

3/24: 3114. Need to step it up!

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I love all the activity on this thread! Welcome to each and every one of you and I hope that accomplish your goals this week.

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. As of the posting of this post, we are now at 9,667 members strong! Wow, that is 214 more than last week! Welcome to all of our new team members and thank you for joining our weekly steps goal!!!

This week my focus will be on incorporating some HITT into my regular cardio work. I am so close to breaking the 190 pounds barrier and I think changing up my routine my help me get there. I love the additional daylight hours. It provides me with the opportunity to exercise outside and I plan to take full advantage of it!

-Thanks again for joining this goal! Good luck in achieving them this week! Who will join me!!!
