Goal: 3k steps a day
3/17 1633 forgot my fit it for part of the day. Pretty sure I made my goal. 3/18 3278 3/19 3817 3/20 3239 3/21 5403 woot! Doing great this week! 3/22 resting so far today. 866 total 3/23 3083 Did great all week!

I barely my my step target last week, and was well under my goal for floors. I'll stick with 80,000 steps and 170 floors for now.

I'm aiming for 10,000 steps a day but when you're at home on maternity leave, and the weather is crummy outside, it's hard to get the steps in.

So my aim this week is 6k steps per day and 10 flights of stairs (still a newbie so please be gentle!) I'm only posting for 6 days worth as I didn't know about the challenge so didn't start till Monday! I'm also a Brit so probably posting my dates the 'wrong' way round ;)

I am going to keep my goal this week at 30,000 steps per day. Great work everyone. Lets keep stepping.
weekly goal is 5,000 a workday, 10,000 for Saturday and a rest day of 3,000 on Sunday for a total of 38,000

Sick with a stomach bug today, so not sure how my week will go. Plus my daughter is expecting her 5th baby any day! What I planned on setting as a goal was to earn my 125,000 stair badge and to get in over 110,000 steps this week. Will be tough unless I start feeling better soon, but I'll see how close I can get.
I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. As of the posting of this post, we are now at 9,453 members strong! Wow, that is 209 more than last week! Welcome to all of our new team members and thank you for joining our weekly steps goal!!!
This week my focus will be continuing to getting well. I am over the rough part of my cold (thank you zinc lozenges!) and now need to continue to get better. I love the additional daylight hours. It provides me with the opportunity to exercise outside and I plan to take full advantage of it!

Another week completed! This week I totaled 191,738 steps for an average daily step count of 27,391. My total VAMs were 256 or 36 per day. My average daily Active Score was 1181 and I climbed a total of 38 floors this past week. I am ready for next week, are you?
