I have been trying to get my weekly steps to 135,120 my personal best. I have NOT been reaching that since January!!!
Right now I am 104,443.... I don't think I will make it emoticon

This week, a little slow. goal is 3k a day as that's a few more than I would normally do.

3.3 2604 working. Mostly sitting visiting. (normal day)
3.4 2902 rough day. recovering from 16 hour shift + allergy attack, slept through meds most of the day.
3.5 2068
3.6 8375 and the days not done, yet. 8727 total at end of day.
3.7 5647 walk around the trails at whiterock lake and training new furkid
3.8 3453 Made goal again! woot!
3.9 4272 Made goal again! yeah!

Incredible amount of steps yesterday! How do you achieve that? I did 15,000 yesterday + 50 flights of stairs and thought that was a lot! Great job!!

I tested myself with my normal routine I only get in 3000 steps. So my first goal will be 6000 steps per day. I will worry about the stairs later. I have very few occasions to use the stairs.

Lowering my goal for this week to 10000 steps a day on average. I'll up it next week. I still am hoping to get my 20000 badge one day this week. Having a bad cold, I'm not getting in my usual activity.

03/03: 2, 639 sunday is my day of rest.
03/04: 3. 490. home from work, cramps. Did 15 minutes of steps, and 60 minutes weights.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. As of the posting of this post, we are now at 8,959 members strong! Wow, that is 343 more than last week! Welcome to all of our new team members and thank you for joining our weekly steps goal!!!

I head into the final week of training for my annual 5K. I have participated in this awesome event for the last three years. I will be working on speed and endurance as I would love to beat last year's personal best of 23:46.

One more week in the books! This past week I totaled 199,885 steps (I know so close to 200K, I would have kept stepping if I had known how close I was!) for an average step count of 28,550 steps per day. My total VAMs were 337 or an average of 48 per day. My Active Score was an awesome 1268 for the week and I climbed a total of 64 floors this past week. I ran my annual 5K on Saturday in 24:00! While I did not beat my PR I was proud of this number given than I had tweaked my back only four days earlier and have the early signs of a spring cold appear the day before. It is amazing what the body will do when pushed. OK, enough about me, let's move on to next week! Please join me!
