My starting goal for myself is 3k steps, but after yesterday, I may have to raise that a bit. With getting up a lot to help those around me, I logged 1905 just in the hours between mail drop off and bedtime. My old pedometer was not as sensitive as this and didn't track most of my movement. Did not expect this to be so good at it! SO, I'm going to see how many I do in my normal day and set my goal for 25% more.

Like most people, my goal is 10,000 steps per day or 70,000 per week. Some days I hit my daily goal while other days I miss it by a long shot.

My daily goal for this week is 15,000 steps with a weekly goal of 105,000 steps. I'm also going to try to get my 20,000 step badge this week. I've made 20,000 two times last week, but didn't get my badge because I had manually logged my running. I'm going to just log it with my fitbit activity this week.

aiming for at least 5000. If I get near 10,000, I try to make it that day. Got there yesterday. Today I'm at 9000 and may not make it as it's nearly bedtime and I'm very tired. But I've done 5k training, an extra cardio video to introduce my neighbour to SP videos, and my regular strength video for today, so I'm not going to worry if I don't reach 10k steps!

I am going to post right now, and jump on the bandwagon next week. Currently, I am laid up recovering from a procedure, and I believe I will be cleared after 48 hours (which is this evening).

I am trying for 10,000 a day, and 70,000 a week ( to average low days when I don't make goal) My life is pretty sedentary, I have a desk job in a building with one floor. Here's to sneaking in those extra steps.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. I will be starting training for an upcoming 5K that I have participated for the last three years. I will be working on speed and endurance as I would love to beat last year's personal best of 23:46.
