I run my weeks Monday - Sunday, so for this week 2/11 - 2/17 my goal is 100,000 steps.
Mon 2/11 - 15,643 steps
Tues 2/12 - 15,485 steps(31,128) - 18 floors - 910 AS
Wed 2/13 - 10,659 steps (41,787) - 19 floors - 659 AS
Thurs 2/14 -

*UPDATE* 15,000+ steps on Mon & Tues have proven to be to much with an injured tailbone. Wed was a semi-sore day but I still pushed more than I should have. Thurs was not so good so now it's Friday, 2/15, I'm not pushing to increase my steps - in fact just the opposite, I will be very inactive today and through the weekend.

10,000 steps a day, and 10 flights of stairs!! I am a nurse, and on days that I work, the steps are very easy to achieve. On non work days, I find that I get more stairs in because on the flight of stairs at our home. I used to fuss over them, but now I embrace them!! I really am trying to move more! The last year has put over 40 unwanted pounds on my body and its time for me to gain control again! Thanks everyone for your inspiration!!! emoticon

Goal for this week is to get 75,000 steps in and 40 flights of stairs in I have been sick for the last 2 weeks and I think I am getting a lot better so my main goal is to move more for the week ,

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I continue to be overwhelmed by the response from the SP community when it was announced that the FB site would be syncing with the SP site. As of the posting of this post, we are now at 7,980 members strong! Wow, that is 340 more than last week! Welcome to all of our new team members and thank you for joining our weekly steps goal!!!

02/13: 32,016 (VAM: 60-Active Score: 1353-Floors: 6)
02/14: 25,607 (VAM: 43-Active Score: 1101-Floors: 6)
02/15: 29,089 (VAM: 8-Active Score: 1003-Floors: 12)
02/16: 25,813 (VAM: 75-Active Score: 1443-Floors: 23)

OK, one more week in the books. This past week I totaled 186,622 steps for an average of 26,660 steps per day. My total VAMs for the week were 306 or an average of 43 per day. My average Active Score was 1161 (woo hoo!) and I climbed a total of 88 floors for the past week. I am training for an upcoming 5K so I need to work on my endurance as I want to best last year's Personal Best 23:46. Who is ready to move on to next week?!
