My weekly goal each week is 21000 steps .... I have a sedentary job, really do not like exercise but know it is good for me ... I am fortunate to get in 3000 steps per day. While my husband was on a business trip I use to stop at the grocery store every night and walk the aisles but since he is home .... haven't been doing that.

So happy to see a few goals in my range - I'm not embarrassed to post my goals for the first time. Goal is over 4000 steps each day, at least 5 flights each day with two days of 5000 steps and 10 flights. This is a stretch for me.

My fitbit goal for the week is 80,500 steps and 35 stairs. This goal will be difficult to meet as I will be on the road for two days.

I'm going to slightly increase my goal from 8,000 steps a day to 8,500 steps a day and see what happens. I'm going to continue to try to get the majority of my steps before I get home from work.

What I learned this week:
I bumped up my target too soon! Number-wise, 8000 vs 8500 is not that much, but apparently, it's huge in my mind. I'll be making some additional adjustments this coming week.

This is my first full week with my FitBit. My goal is to reach 5,000 steps per day (going to be 9 deg. F here in Chicago with snow) and 12 floors on average. I'd like to hit 25 floors at least once this week.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
