Last week I well exceeded my weekly goal of 70,000 steps by going 98,000 plus and 100 flights of stairs for me.

I am getting 10,100 steps every day in my PE classes I teach. I try to do more but I am tired by the end of the day. I teach 12 physical education classes a day. So I am pretty tired by the end of the day.

sunday was a day of chores and rest with a scant 2,695.
Monday, a day of field work with 3, 670 at the end of the day...
tuesday- a goo dday but not quite- 7,049
Wednesday- a day off from the gym and social obligations... 4, 217
Thursday- a day off from work..long walk at the gym...9644... close but NO....
Friday...10,512! I made it!

**Since I had a good Sunday- I am going to up my goal to 80,000 for the week**

Yep I'm keeping my goal at 10k a day. I didn't hit the 70k weekly goal but that's ok with me because I was walking a lot at work and outside of work. I'll also track floors climbed, aiming for at least 10 flights a day.

I am new to this group as well. Received my FitBit for Christmas but have been wanting one for quite a while. I'm pregnant so I'm trying to stay active is sometimes a chore but I figure that this will hopefully keep me accountable. My goal is to have 10,000 steps a day and I haven't been making it. Maybe this will push me to get it done!

we are finally settled after travel, colds, holidays, guests, etc, and i'm trying to get back on track here. i'm going to set my goal at 10,000 steps per day - i'm not sure i'll have the time for 15,000, but if it looks like it is happening this week, i'll move it up next week.

Keeping my daily step goal at 8,000. I need to be a lot more consistent hitting that target before I bump it up. I'm also going to continue trying to get the majority of my steps in before I get home from work.

* Some days were easier than others to walk during work. This will always be the case. Have a plan; deal with it.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 23,500 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 170,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
