Can't wait to get mine and get involved in your challenges
I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 22,000 steps per day and my weekly goal to 165,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
Thanks again for joining this goal! Good luck in achieving them this week! Who will join me!!!
BTW, I continue to LOVE, LOVE all of the recent activity, keep moving team!
My total steps for the week were 187.451 or an average of over 26,775 steps per day. My total VAMs for the week was 261 or an average of 37 per day. My average active score for this past week was 1407. My total floors for the week was 41 floors or an average of over 5 floors per day. Not bad if I say so myself especially having to deal with a week-long vehicle repair issue! Now on to next week!
