I have been out of the loop for a couple of weeks, but still working hard at not being sedentary!
I was traveling one week and then last week, I had cataract surgery. A minor procedure, but it slowed me down considerably. I dropped from a usual 12,000+ steps per day to less than 6,000. So next week, I will try to begin to build up to my normal again.
Goal: Minumum 7500 steps per day; 7 flights of stairs per day. Of course, I would be happy to go past that, but a minimum has been set.

I'll have to keep my steps at 1,000 per day (7000). Plus my stairs at 9 flights per day (63).

SLEEP AND WAKEUPS (Still bouncing all over the place) 7/1 6hrs 57mins w/16 wakeups 7/2 5hrs 48 min w/21 wakeups 7/3 4hrs 18 min w/21 wakeups (interesting) 7/4 3 hrs 15 min w/9 wakeups (I took a nap but forgot to clock it) 7/5 5 hrs 23 min w/5 wakeups 7/6 5 hrs 43 min w/20 wakeups (Hmm? why bother?) 7/7 4 hrs 48 min w/14 wakeups TOTALS: 36 hrs 2 mins w/106 wakeups!

I am going to keep my daily goal to 22,000 steps per day and my weekly goal to 165,000. I will also be tracking my daily active score (trying to keep it above 1000 each day). I will be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

BTW, I continue to LOVE, LOVE all of the recent activity, keep moving team!
My total steps for this past week were 193,812 or an average of over 27,600 per day. My total VAMs for this past week was 336 or an average of 48 per day. My average active score for this week was 1544 and I climbed a total of 79 floors! Now on to next week....
