I always look for the active minutes spelled out too. You can click on the tab above the line graph that says Activity Minutes or something like that. So it's there.

Not liking the new "look" on the dashboard ~ went to get yesterdays info.... not activity (VAM) - luckily I had written it down before bed last night.... now I'm sad! :(

I just sent an e-mail to fitbit asking about the changes.... I'll keep you posted when they respond

I would up my goal to 14K, but didn't make 13K consistently last week.... So I'll stick with that and bump myself up next week when I do better EVERY DAY until then. :-)

I bombed at recording my goals last week, but did meet them.
This week my goal is for a total of 80,000 steps this week and 400 VAM

MEt my low goal last week, despite illness. DH is back to work and older DD is back to school this week so I will be upping my goal with all the running around I typically do. Hoping to get the all clear from my Dr. and PT this week to start running consistently again. Hoping that in May I can start racking up miles and VAMs!!!!

Since my current goal is just 10,000 (used to seem a lot to me until I read what you all do), I will increase just 500 per day. I am trying to get my sedentary time to decrease as well. Sundays are harder because we have church activities which involve a lot of sitting.

I am going to increase my daily goal to 21,500 steps per day and my weekly goal to 160,000. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
