My steps tanked last week. They won't be better this week, as I am doing some traveling and spending LOTS of time in the car!

My daily goal this week is 25K steps on my working days and 15K steps on my off work days.

I am going to keep my daily goal at 15,000 steps per day and my weekly goal to 122,000. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Thanks again for keeping me company Amy and Beck, it is greatly appreciated!! Welcome MOMOPOWR! I hope you remain active in our group! And I hope that MURPHYBLUE, SVEDUCATOR, Beth,SPARKLYNEW, and any other team member joins our group. The more the merrier!

07/31: 13,795 (My "rest" day!)
08/01: 23,233 (Woo hoo!)
08/02: 22,223 (Two in a row!)
08/03: 20,973 (Three in a row!)
08/04: 20,411 (OK, let's keep this streak going!)
08/05: 21,910 (Let's keep it going!)
08/06: 22,283 (These were very active steps :))

This week I totaled 144,828 steps or an average of over 20,600 steps per day! Yea me!
