Just beginning again with keeping track of steps. I've set a very modest goal of 7000 per day for now, which I'm already exceeding. I'll start increasing on a weekly basis. Murphyblue -lovelovelove your goal rewards!
Tracker shows my short-term goal. Long-term plan below:
Started 1/3/11 at 161 151 - new casual sneakers (MET 2/14/11) 146 - mani and pedi 141 - new bras 136 - mani and pedi 131 - massage and facial 126 - bottle of veuve clicquot 121 - iPad!

Rockman- Thanks for keeping this thread going. I haven't been doing too great the past few weeks in reaching my goals BUT it has kept me trying, and for that I am proud!
Weekly goal this week: 84,000 steps total.
02/27: 13,111 02/28: 9,848 (wanted NO days under 10k- but lost track today and missed by 152 steps!) 03/01: 20,397 (woo hoo!) (Total-43,356) 03/02: 6,498 03/03: 8,353 03/04: 13,628 03/05: 8,671
TOTAL: 80,506 *Still didn't make goal! If it weren't for that bad 6,498 day I would've made it. Next week! Not gonna give up till I get it done!**

I am going to keep my daily goal at 14,000 steps per day and my weekly goal will remain at 108,000. I think that I have found the level I need to achieve in order to maintain my weight. I still am about 5-7 pounds away from my goal weight but I think this level will keep me toward that goal. Keep moving people, I know I will!
I stepped at total of 127,698 times this past week! I reached both my weekly goal and daily goal. I have been pushing myself extra hard these past few weeks as I try to reach my goal weight. I am going to continue to do so because I know the rewards will be well worth the effort.
