I'm upping my weekly goal to 87,000. Not sure how I'm going to do, since I'm rounding out my exercise with riding and swimming. I'm preparing for a Triathlon.... so exciting.
I did not make my goal .. only 83,125 Not bad for spreading my wings in other areas. That is an average of 11,875 steps a day. But I could have made it if I wasn't so lazy Friday (Snow Day). So I wll keep my goal for next week. I will hit it.

I am continuing with my previous weekly goal of 13,500 steps per day and my weekly goal of 105,000. I have met my goal for serveral weeks and would like to keep this steak alive. Keep moving people, I know I will!
