When I make smoothies twice a day with fresh berries, I really noticed an improvement in my skin. I may do that again this summer when they are in season. Usually blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries mixed with juicy juicy and yogurt.

Great topic! I don't do much other than take a multi-vitamin and drink a lot of water, for general healthy benefits but I figure it has to help my skin too. But I'd love to hear what other people do or recommend.
This has probably been posted before, but I was wondering if any of you have specific foods you include in your diet to keep your skin fresh and glowy? Right now I take fish oil supplements and multivitamins, and try to drink lots of water, but that's about it. Any tips?
