Two more weeks until my first 5K and I'm very excited. I know I might not be able to run the entire distance, but I can run a lot of it and I have seen some progress. There is enough time to make even more progress if I just keep up with my training. I can do it.
They have other programs to get to a 5K as well depending on your starting skill. I decided to use this one since it was for beginners and I'm not a runner. I'm in week 2 right now and can jog/walk a 5K in 47 minutes so far.
