I did do 45 minutes of Yoga at home tonight, and I loved it.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

A week+ left in April and I plan to ditch 2lbs before May begins. I want to start off May 1st at 163lbs. Closer to my goal weight again than I realize.

Eight days into April and I can do better for myself. I can take better care of myself and do more.

Stalled out on weight loss, need to get that moving in the right direction again. Skipped a beautiful bike ride day, don't understand why. This is when I wish I had the room mate to help motivate me out the door. I took a walk, but a bike ride would have been so much better.

Went out for a walk, should have been a bike ride, but I got out there.

up_to_a_new_challenge_this_april

Read the Daily blog and try this out everyone. Protein shake, banana and a greek yogurt. I need to get more nutrients in me early AM. I should have breakfast at home and not get to work so early in the morning.

I love this. I don't know if I can get it done every morning, but I do plan to get a lot done this month. I'm a bit early but I plan to get out on the bike tomorrow and I'm getting that hair cut I need at 2:30pm.
