It's really great to hear that I won't be the only one. I started to get filled with anxiety because outside family members (not my own husband and children) are telling me I am taking my running too far and that I am too obsessed, etc, etc. I feel much better.
I'm planning to run on Thanksgiving Day because I have been running on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday for five weeks now and I don't want to break my streak. Normally I'd run at the gym on Thursday but the gym will be closed so I'll run outside.

last year, i laughed at the thought of me (or anyone) getting up to run on thanksgiving, but this time i'm planning on doing it. it will be worth it to feel like i've done something good for me before the pumpkin pie gets me later!
