Take my weekly rest day. The only exercise I'm doing as walking through the mall helping my daughter shop. emoticon

I ran/walked 6 miles even though my orthotics are being recovered and my hips and toes are killing me. Plus it is really humid out. I had to really push myself but then it is so rewarding when you are done. It is the best feeling ever.

Team Members, what challenge did you put on yourself today that contributed to becoming a better runner? What did you do to contribute to you being a better runner? It can be anything. Perhaps you ran a little further or faster. Or maybe you went out for a run when you did not feel like going. How about passing up that fast food place that always calls out your name?
