Almost every night, I have just a half a cup of Bryer's low fat ice cream at 90 calories (or 2 WW points). Lost weight just fine.
1/2 cup is satisfying in a pretty ice cream fluted like dish with a small spoon and eaten slow.
Sometimes, less is more...you may be satisfied with a Kiddie Kone if you tell yourself, THIS IS IT! Only in America have we come to believe we need a kitchen sink sized bowl! Every other country serves way smaller portions. HUMANS don't need large sizes.... Freedom's downfall.
