My usual release is to take a walk...I really love walking in the woods it is so peaceful and relaxing even when I am not stressed.
It is better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you are not!!

this is one of my goals this year. I am learning to talk to myself when i start to stress or get anxious, to calm down and think it thru. So far, I am amazed as how much this works for me. Of course, there are many other ways too. Exercise is one of the better ways always. Georgine
