I want to make short term goals, I know that is the best way for me to go. I was supposed to weigh this morning but spaced it and ate bkfs. tho I am thinking weighing before my shower is ok too, not going to let whatever affect me negatively. We will spend part of the day with daughter and granddaughter at their house, i will bring the boiled dinner. I have had snacks, chocolate, wine, in moderation and beyond, it has been a fun time relaxing the rules a bit, tomorrow back to program and exercise, promised me i will use my walk Away the Points DVDS.Too cold to walk outside now. 1.My goal...is to make goals. I want to continue to make and keep goals. And when I get off track, my goal is to get back with my program. I just want to finish what I started and stay committed to my program that I have been slacking on for almost a whole year. I CAN do this, and I know I can be successful this time, because I have a bigger support system than I had before. My husband is actually going to start working out with me instead of cheering me on from the side. It's going to be tough, but I am ready.

1) To start back actually writing down my food & fitness journal rather than only recording in SparksPeople.
2) To finally reach the weight loss goal that I set almost 2 years ago and hopefully more!
3) To try to find a way to have better sleep patterns.
4) Try to find more activities I enjoy outside my house.
5) Get my house in order and maintain it!

To be consistent. I did well in WWS years ago but never could stick with it after and now feel i am doing the same thing in Sparks. I really need the day by day to stay in my head starting off each morning and to not fall down over a bad day. I know all this but don't stay on it, new year, new attitude-I hope! emoticon emoticon

Buy fruits and cut them up weekly

My goal is to get back into my clothes so I don't have to be borrowing the clothes my friends have shrunk out of. They've been losing and I've been finding. Boo-hoo.

to be consistent and get off this 4 year old plateau, my fault, and also up the exercise which is hard for me in winter because I like to walk outside, I have to use my tapes inside. No resolutions this year, they always fall by the way side somewhere along the way. emoticon

1. Continue with developing a healthy lifestyle with SPARKPEOPLE
2. Each day - continue to track food, exercise, and drink a minimum 8 glasses of water
3. Take more time to eat my food
4. Exercise a minimum of 10 minutes to 60 minutes per day.
5. Take up swimming again
6. Ride a bicycle again
7. Reach goal weight of 125-130 pounds AND transition into maintenance
