MAUITN - dont you hate when you eat something so delicious, your taste buds are having a party but then the next day your rings feel a little tight around your fingers ... but thats our bodys way of saying hay thats enough of that ! lol

well today i have gotten in some fiber ..messed up a little bit by skipping breakfast, i didnt get hungry and i was so busy i completely left it out and didnt have my oatmeal till 12pm. had my coffee so thats probably what kept me going this morning. now am drinking my water, have a company christmas party in a couple minutes, will be very cautious as to what i eat and drink... also hubbys birthday is today , he loves pizza ( wish me luck with that, i may have a small slice and have a salad on the side to fill me up and get my fiber in ) i made him a small cake yesterday, i will not eat any of it today even though it is my favorite!

so as you can tell today is full of celebration around me and with that comes the temptations of these bad for us foods that will be exposed around me.I will make the right choices today, the scale says im down one pound, and i dont want that to change so gotta stay on track!

Kathy, the lunch I had at the mall yesterday obviously had lots of sodium in it and the scale and my puffy eyes and fingers show it today. So, I, too, am going to concentrate on the water and a little more moving exercise today. We'll make it a good day together.

MAUITN-thats great, and i bet you felt way better after,because not only did you get some shopping done but you got in some fitness minutes! good for you! emoticon
Me i have completely changed my attitude by fighting with my negativity. I told myself this morning that today will be a good day no matter what! so ive evaluated my efforts and have realized that i fell off the wagon. but now im back and i want to make it count! so i have blogged about my plan for today! i plan on making it happen one step at a time. at this moment i am focused on drinking my water! h2o is so important. emoticon so thats the step i took today.

Might sound dumb to some folks...for me it was a big deal.... I walked the entire super market and then came home, put everything away and that gets me winded, but I did it!!

Did a fun walk right after work. Hubby and I kicked a plastic bottle cap for over a mile back and forth.

Went to bowling last nite so had pizza and wine celebrated a team mate's birthday so today will watch what I eat. Tonite is movie nite with my youngest daughter but we try to pick snacks that are low calorie. Once again I am going to try and either walk outside or use one of my walking DVDs. I don't know where the days go and some days i do well and some not so it keeps me stuck on that plateau, need to make changes. emoticon Not going to give up on me! Have a good day, cold here but the sun is out so i am happy. emoticon emoticon and no snow--awesome
