This week I would like to focus more on strength training. I know that I am comfortable with doing cardio workouts, but strength training sometimes gets forgotten, I know we are all at different levels, and maybe there are some exercises you can't do physically. But try to find some strength exercises to do this week.
Crunches Push ups Lunges Squats Or even weight training.
My goal for this week is to continue doing the crunches and adding push ups. I may also do some squats. Aim to do at least 2 days of strength training this week.
