So behind on my Sparkmail and forums but this was my personal challenge after a very lazy break over the holidays. During my time off, my exercise pretty much consisted of getting up off the couch and walking to the kitchen. Now, my eating wasn't as bad as that might sound, but there was absolutely zero real exercise in my life for about 10 straight days.

Thanks for your efforts in keeping us honest and motivated! I'm sure there are many others like me who read a whole lot more than we post.

For the first challenge, I want to focus on us all getting more active. So the first challenge is going to be relatively simple. I want us to strive for 30 minutes of exercise each day, or 210 minutes for the week. You can break this down to doing 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day as well. It should be simple to get 30 minutes a day, but I know we are all busy and struggle to get exercise time in. So we will have to challenge ourselves this week. Good luck!
