Eating out - menu choices are key. A lean meat, veggie, sweet potato. Even 3 margaritas has a wonderful lean salad with chicken or dish. Leave the tortilla chips off. Bennigans has a weight watchers menu, look for these items. Steak house? Perfect - the lean cut, sirloin, 4-6 oz, veggies, salad, dressing on the side.
Beer with the neighbors? Diet hard lemonaid. 100 calories, make sure you sip slowly. :)
