15 minutes of walk/jog on the windy beach
(Some resistance with the wind)

Last week was a great workout week. It looked something like this:

Monday ~ NTC Ab Burner
Tuesday ~ NTC Sweat & Shape
Wednesday ~ Leg & Butt workout
Thursday ~ Turbo Fire - Fire 45

I was sore all Thursday and Friday after Wednesday's workout.

Yesterday, I clocked 165 cardio minutes from housework and washing my car by hand.
