I have been within my calorie range for the last 6 days. Although one of those days I was under my calories but otherwise I have been within my range!

I made it in today after a week of travel and having difficulty tracking my range. It's really important for me to be diligent since I'm got a sprained ankle and can't do much cardio.

I'd been staying in my range, but at the end of my first week of Insanity realized it was too low. So I ate above yesterday intentionally. Today I ate over as well, intentionally, but spark claims 1581 calories burned for the class so no worries. I raised my target calorie range from 2200-2400 to 2200-2550 (let spark do it for me this time). It'll be much less finicky to get into the range now... we'll see how well it works!

I went over by about 250. After managing to avoid much of the food at a wine and cheese party, I was so hungry come dinner time I ate too much. Even though I went over, I'm proud of myself for avoiding all the deserts that were staring me in the face this afternoon.

Yesterday and today I ate above my range, but by less than 200 calories each day. Shouldn't be a problem, I should still lose weight, just a bit more slowly.

I hit the middle of my calorie range today even more precisely than yesterday.I ate below the prescribed amount of fat, but I ate healthy fats twice (at least) today and I changed my macros recently to let Spark control them - and I think their fat range is kinda high so I dig it. Also Spark is bitching because I ate one gram above the fiber window.... hehe.

Definitely not. Had dinner with a friend who is leaving A2 and ate some cake which put me over the edge. Probably ate some of my sadness.

I hit slap bang in the middle of my range. Since the last thing I ate was treaty (fresh baked chocolate chip cookies), I was surprised I wound up so accurately right in the middle. Then again, I've tweaked my calorie range from what Spark originally gave me in order to tweak my loss rate (which changes the relative amounts I lose in fat/lean) so it is sort of arbitrary.
