Today, I commit myself to tracking everything that goes in my mouth. I don't care what the calorie count for the day ends up as, as there's no police that's going to arrest me. Just write it down!

(And in a minor, silly goal, I also will NOT fall when I walk across campus today for a meeting. My surgeon would kill me)
