No worries, haven't been out in the rain. No specific exercise yesterday or today, but went shopping at IKEA yesterday so lots of walking. Today I hung several new window treatments, or worked on them, including some that required me to climb up on chairs repeatedly and to kneel on the counters. I'd call my day fairly active regardless of the lack of formal exercise.

8/10, 20 minutes of bending & twisting yoga, 80 minutes on the bike (outside). I wondered why the water pressure was so low before I left... eventually I rode past a water main break near Plymouth & Barton. Must have been a LOT of water, the road was SCREWED UP and there was a LOT of dirt washed up onto the sidewalk at the bottom of the hill where all the water had run!

Today (8/9) I did a leg of the hundred pushups program, which I supersetted with some wide grip pulldowns and did a set of bicep curls. I logged it as circuit training. I also did 30 minutes of yoga, though I spent much more time than that on it because I am working through yoga instruction DVDs.
