I have been thinking about this one for a while and decided on two things. First is to remember to wear my pedometer and track my steps. The second one is to track my food every day, even bad days!

So far this week I have been at 14.3k steps, 12.2k steps, but only 9300 steps today (because my dear sweet husband walked the dog for me so I would have more time tonight!)

I will get on the food tracking tomorrow! It will be ugly but it's good to be honest with ourselves!

A specific 'small' Halloween goal? Good idea. Hmmmmm.
Hey, it's autumn, for me it will be getting outdoors every single day.
I can: do yard work
have morning coffee or tea with my garden plants
walk Abby
walk without Abby (peaceful!)
take reading or sewing outdoors in the real light
make that exercise trail around the yard that I've been planning for a year

I WILL WALK 2,000 STEPS A DAY EVERY DAY THIS MONTH. I will use bats as I have been told I have "bats in my bellfry" What the heck is a bellfry?

I should have come up with this sooner. We will challenge ourselves this month. Pick whatever area you want to work on most and list it. It could be exercise, or no soda, maybe getting in your fruits and veggies ("freggies") and just counting the steps you take or making one better meal choice a day. Make yourself a calendar and then just edit it and post an emoticon if you made your goal for the day. I will go first so you get the idea.

Women and cats will do as they please. Men and dogs
should relax and get used to the idea.
