Typically, I want to sleep when I am stressed out. I also want to nibble, munch AND snack, not just eat. Let me just say, replacing sips of coffee for nibbles of food is a bad idea. For me, I have to be aware of my eating and sleeping habits because they will tell me I'm stressed out before I'll actually know that it's stress.
I like to decompress with a comedy, or music, or a trip to nature, or an art project, or inventing a new gluten free recipe, or any other thing I enjoy and want to do. I also enjoy using my Wii and playing with my puppy.

When I couldn't deal with lovers anymore, I got a dog. She's my best friend. Everyday stress, I have a big list of things that I do to distract myself like doing things that bring me joy: enjoying art, music, nature, gardening, needlework, walking, playing with my dog, diy, being with family. Some might enjoy shopping, redecorating, cooking...
Have you ever loved someone but you can't live with them..I had to call my tuff Love I guess,,HE Just wasn't him self Thanksgiving...My son did the cooking and I took some pictures and w.got drunk...Get the picture..I didn't take any of w.I had to get rid of him..Took him to his mothers and I left..Thanks for asking about stress...I have a stress test Monday Morning..And I told him I want nothing to do with him over the weekend...But he still calls me I won't yell at him I say I am ok...Who Knows what goes threw their heads...He won't take the hint...I DON'T WANT HIM AROUND ANY MORE...How do I make him under stand???Thanks all..Yes thats my son sitting on my lap...I love him dearly...and he had to see this...Carolyn
