PLAN your menus (if you use the preplanned menus you can pull your grocery list from the site)
SET your weekly goals - Nutrition, Fitness, Weight and Other goals
GET ORGANIZED - Batch cook and separate into servings, bag snacks, other "weekly" prep you can do to make staying on course easier
MONDAYS-Try something new today
Eat a new item, try a new exercise, read a new article, start your blog, encourage a friend.
TUESDAYS-Fulfill a challenge commitment
Drink water, exercise, plan your menus, weigh-in
WEDNESDAYS-Stress Reduction Day - get rid of Hump-day blues
Relax in a tub, alone time with a good book, window shop/walk the mall, go to the park and feed the birds/ducks, rent a video and watch a favorite movie. Do something YOU like.
THURSDAYS - Kick it in Gear
Don't let the week get away from you - review your weekly goals and adjust your routine to make it happen. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.
FRIDAYS - Do one extra thing
Pick something not on your list to do. One extra set of exercises, one more mile, one more glass of water, and THEN pat yourself on the back for getting it done!
