IF NOT, make a change NOW. Don't wait another day to get moving - walk somewhere. If the weather is bad, go to a mall and make laps. Walk to the corner and back. Keep moving and feel good about every small step you take today! emoticon

We're having a leisurely afternoon. Waiting until 5:30 to go pick the little pup up from his dental cleaning. All went well. He's just staying to make sure he wakes up from the anesthesia. I'm sure he will be glad to be home and get some pumpkin to eat. He'll be a hungry boy!

Rainy day in Georgia!!! BUSY day - went to New Balance and purchased a new pair of tennies!!! I'm excited!!
Cathy - good for you getting it done early. That's my usual idea but today it didn't happen. Taking a friend to the airport later this evening so need to squeeze it in today!

All of my exercise is done and that feels soooo good! My male pup MUST be brushed tonight. He goes for his dental in the morning. Otherwise, the evening is MINE! What a joy!!!

Team SparkAtlanta - It's Wonderful Wednesday and today is Stress Reduction Day. Do one thing to reduce your stress. For me it's getting my exercise done in the morning so I can feel anything more I do during the day is EXTRA/BONUS!

I'm planning to use all the food in the fridge over the next few days. I'm going to try Good Measure Meals for the next week. They are prepared and ready for me, they are fresh, they seem like they'll fit my lifestyle. I'll see!

I have my workouts planned for the week!!!

PLAN your menus - shop for ONLY what you need
PLAN your fitness - try new 10 minute video or a new DVD or a bike or a new walking trail but put it on your calendar and DO IT
PLAN your weight loss - you want to drop a pound, two, three, you know what it takes, less calories in and more calories burned so do the work and SEE THE RESULTS.

Good Morning and a Fantastic February Friday to everyone! Have fun in whatever you plan to do today!

I upped my exercise time to 30 minutes starting today and did kickboxing! WOW!!! is all I can say.

GET ORGANIZED - Batch cook and separate into servings, bag snacks, other "weekly" prep you can do to make staying on course easier

MONDAYS-Try something new today
Eat a new item, try a new exercise, read a new article, start your blog, encourage a friend.
TUESDAYS-Fulfill a challenge commitment
Drink water, exercise, plan your menus, weigh-in
WEDNESDAYS-Stress Reduction Day - get rid of Hump-day blues
Relax in a tub, alone time with a good book, window shop/walk the mall, go to the park and feed the birds/ducks, rent a video and watch a favorite movie. Do something YOU like.
THURSDAYS - Kick it in Gear
Don't let the week get away from you - review your weekly goals and adjust your routine to make it happen. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.
FRIDAYS - Do one extra thing
Pick something not on your list to do. One extra set of exercises, one more mile, one more glass of water, and THEN pat yourself on the back for getting it done!

SATURDAY/SUNDAYS - will Plan today and shop tomorrow since the Aldi is near the Church. Save a gas trip.

SET weekly goals - Nutrition: Plan around most of what I already have. Fitness:" 5k Walking Your Way" program plus total body 3 days a week. Weight: Take measurements- no scale. Other goals: House Cleaning - not just straightening up lol emoticon

GET ORGANIZED - Batch cook my soups for the week. Homemade soup is my new fave.

MONDAYS-Try something new ???hmmmmm
TUESDAYS- 15 minutes. I am used to walking but I thought I would try the program from the beginning.
WEDNESDAYS- 1 mile today
