I've called it hotlanta for awhile now. My goal for the rest of the week is to drink my water.
I have set a daily step goal of 1 step more than the day before. So far this week I'm doing it for both.
Smile God Loves You.
I will work out 5-6 days a week using my Beachbody workouts or at the gym.
I will eat clean, healthy foods and try to make sure I get in my small frequent meals at work.
Building the life I want, one day at a time
Does packing more to move count?
I shall keep my living room mess free (hopefully with the kids help) and use my Your Shape at least 3 days this week.

The folks at The Bert show told me not to call it Hotlanta. I am creating a summer challenge for myself and was hoping that I could get some company to join me. Each week I will create a new challenge for myself. I am patterning this after the Spark Challenge teams.
Fitness Challenge: Using the Spark generated workouts, I will try a different workout each week
Nutrition: I will stay within my calorie range (woo, big deal right?)
