Good for you for getting out and DOING. Just moving is going to make a difference and Zumba is a good choice for not having to do the EXACT same moves - it leans to your own fun. Yoga will continue to improve balance and strength. Be sure to use the fitness section on SP to keep up with your progress.

I go to LA Fitness in Johns Creek currently. Also, avidly walk/run on the weekends (see other topic on message board in this group). I really like Zumba, but am VERY uncoordinated! Yoga is helping me to be better about that...
