ok love it hoping for lots of smile faces. Trying this month to get some extra steps 2000 per day Goal to turn phone pedometer on when walking extra, really purposeful steps ( no more counting normal steps i get 4000 to 7000 each day) this most be extra will only count it I take a walk, park really far do a extra trip around the food store ect..... emoticon emoticon

Hi! This month we are focusing on making it happen-No excuses-No Giving Up-SkinnyPowell1 has been putting a smiley face sticker on her calander for each day she meets her goals. i love this! It is up to you what your goals for each day will be-just give it your all & let us cheer you on.
