This week is my last full week in Germany... going back to the US for six weeks. I would LOVE to break the 100kg mark, I have been so close (100.1) but weighed in this morning at 100.7 kilos. I am setting a goal to do strength training twice this week and five hours of cardio.

What Are Your Goals for Aug. 29 thru Sept. 4?
